About the Coach

Anna is a certified coach specializing in Pilates. With over 11 years of professional experience, she holds a degree in Physical Education and multiple certifications in flexibility and posture correction.

Anna’s unique method blends fitness with rehabilitation techniques and women’s specific training. She has evolved from high-intensity cardio to a mindful approach that prioritizes restoration and longevity.

Her sessions are designed to fit any fitness level. They focus on restoring the body, safely improving flexibility, building deep strength, and calming the nervous system through a gentle, body-aware approach.
