Karate pro

What happens in class?

Karate-Pro is a modern full-contact martial arts style that combines techniques from karate, boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, and jiu-jitsu.

During training, students learn to:

- block strikes and defend themselves;

- strike with hands, legs, and knees;

- work in the clinch and on the ground;

- use submission techniques and throws;

- assess risks and make quick decisions.

Classes are conducted with special protective equipment that minimizes the risk of injury.

Why this class?

Karate-Pro returns to the traditions of real, combat-tested karate that builds inner resilience.

This style helps a child to:

- think strategically;

- act decisively in critical moments;

- adapt to any opponent;

…all while preserving Eastern philosophy and high moral principles.

Age-specific approach

Both younger and older students learn complete techniques and take part in sparring.

The complexity of techniques and the physical load increase according to age and experience.

Important: we do not promote aggression.

We teach how to stop a conflict in time—or defend yourself when a fight can’t be avoided.
