It is more than just a workout—it is a moment of freedom. At Chertkov Academy, our Aerial Fitness program for adults is designed to help you disconnect from the stress of daily life and reconnect with your body in a completely new way.

Aerial Fitness (often called Fly Fitness) is a unique practice that combines elements of yoga, Pilates, and functional training using a suspended silk hammock. It allows you to move freely in the air, finding the perfect balance between effort and relaxation.

Decompress Your Spine

The hammock supports your weight, allowing for deep, safe stretching and spinal traction that relieves back tension and improves posture.

Build Core Strength

Maintaining balance in the air engages stabilizing muscles that are hard to reach in standard gym workouts.

Mental Clarity

Floating in the air helps your mind grow calmer and your soul lighter. It is a time to breathe, let go, and simply feel good—inside and out.

This program is designed for adults of all fitness levels. You do not need to be an acrobat or have prior experience.

About the Coach

Olya is an AntiGravity Fitness and Aerial Yoga coach with 16 years of professional experience and over 24 years of personal practice. Her approach focuses on conscious movement, proper recovery, and training for long-term health, youthfulness, and an active life. She believes every body is unique and deserves an individual approach.

Her background includes strength training, Pilates, 3D movement, myofascial release, and women’s health, including pregnancy and postpartum support. With specialized education and ongoing learning, she helps clients build strength, mobility, and body awareness in a safe and supportive way.

Aerial hammock training is a special passion for Olya. It improves joint and spine mobility, balance, and circulation while developing deep body awareness. Her classes feel like exploration and play, helping students gain confidence, release tension, and enjoy movement as a source of energy and inspiration.
